Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the Wyndham City Painters website (ABN 00 000 000 000) and to any quote, booking or service arranged through us. By using this website or requesting a quote you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

Wyndham City Painters provides residential and commercial painting services across the City of Wyndham — including interior painting, exterior painting, roof painting and restoration, fence painting, deck staining, epoxy floor coatings and colour consultation.

2. Quotes

Indicative pricing provided over the phone or by email is an estimate only. A written, fixed-price quote will be provided after on-site assessment. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

3. Deposit and payment

A deposit may be required for larger jobs to confirm scheduling. Final payment is due on completion of the work unless other terms are agreed in writing. We accept card, EFT and bank transfer. Late payments may incur interest and recovery costs.

4. Workmanship & warranty

Painting work is performed using premium trade-grade paint systems and applied according to the manufacturer's specifications. We warrant our workmanship for a minimum of 12 months from completion, in addition to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. The paint manufacturer's product warranty applies separately.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the work site, including power and water.
• Disclose any known hazards, asbestos, lead-based paint or pre-existing defects.
• Move or protect valuables that you do not want our crew to handle.
• Ensure you are authorised to instruct the work on the premises.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wyndham City Painters is not liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our total liability for any claim is limited, at our option, to re-performing the relevant service or refunding the fees paid for that service.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a booking by giving us at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee equivalent to one day's labour where the crew has already been allocated.

8. Weather

Exterior painting is weather-dependent. We may reschedule work where weather conditions would compromise the finish or curing of the paint.

10. Governing law
